This valerian by Nature's Way is very good the quality of the ingredients used, I take two capsules before bed and I have a quality and peaceful sleep, it is a great help to maintain a quality sleep for those who have insomnia problems it is great, I take it 30 minutes before going to sleep with a 10mg melatonin pill, and I mix the other days taking it together with a GABA capsule, it's wonderful, because I can have a quality and peaceful sleep, I wake up wanting to work, and I'm more willing to do my chores daily, I recommend this valerian from Nature's Way, I really liked the quality and the price is very convenient for those who take it every day, the cost benefit is excellent.

I use the capsules. They are really in a big bottle, and I take two in the evening. I cannot find any information that says this is an extract. Personally, I would like it to be much stronger. Someone who uses it for the first time could notice the effect, but I take additional Badlerian variants in capsule and drop form.

I like Nature's Way, Valerian Root because it helps me relax and I get a very sound sleep when I take it. I do not feel groggy at all in the morning after I have taken Nature's Way, Valerian Root. The ingredients are very pure, the size of the dosage is just right and I get so much benefit from it.

This product has a smell but it is tolerable for the wonderful benefits I get from it. Valerian root just is smelly but this one is better than some other brands. It has lemon balm. I just swallow them down fast and sip some liquid after. It does seem to help me get to sleep.
