I have tried different herbal supplements to help me with hot flashes and night sweats, but only this one really helps me. It has a blend of three different herbs, which I've never heard before and L-Leucine, which is amino acid. I just take one pill a day with my breakfast. The pill has a strong herbal smell, but I don't mind. The capsule is not huge, quite easy to swallow. So, I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

So far I haven’t noticed any strong changes, but I also experienced no negative reactions. The only small difference I’ve felt is that my sleep seems a bit deeper than usual.
