They definitely do their job, as I had minimal if no leaking wearing these overnight in the first weeks postpartum. They are a bit bulky, so I would recommend using these while nursing at home or under a thicker shirt.
Super soft and comfortable! Good size, great quality! Wash well (and drys in the dryer!) without deformation. Used them everyday - the package includes this cute pouch to go. They do have a little thickness to them that might show through a T shirt.. but my nursing bra is thick enough so it passed

Didn’t really fit my needs but it’s ok if you’re into bulky sized pads. They don’t feet well in my top, you can see it there through the shirt. Great quality overall.

The material is soft and good quality. I don’t feel it during the day inside my bra. I think size wise it is a little big than I expected. You might notice it through your shirt because of size and thickness.
