EAA+ Hydration, Maui Twist, 13.76 oz (390 g)

I've tried a number of EAA products over 1-2 years now. I was interested in research that found that EAAs consumed with a protein rich meal were effective at increasing muscle protein synthesis (MPS), ie they were good for increasing/maintaining muscle. This is probably my favorite EAA product. It isn't the most inexpensive EAA (unflavored are always cheaper), but I think it is the best with regards to the EAA content and it has other nice things like elctrolytes and a gram of taurine per dose. It has a great taste too and would be easy to swap out unhealthy drinks with this. I personally add some creatine to it along with some lime juice. I recently found out this brand was sold on iherb so I started buying it here. Please thumbs up if this review helped you!

Good quality! Great taste & refreshing flavor, I don’t feel any difference after taking it, just trust that it gives me something good.

The formula is fine and mixes well, but the taste is a bit artificial and gets boring fast. Good for basic hydration and amino support, nothing special. Does the job, just not memorable.

This is a high quality EAA product that helps with recovery and hydration after a hard workout or run. The Maui Twist flavor is amazing, not too sweet but not too light either. The day after taking yo u can definitely sense the muscle recovery benefits it has to offer.
