Quest bars are my favorite. Their ingredients, macros, texture and taste is unmatched in my opinion. This Lemon Cake ones, are obviously not an exception. They are really lemony yet sweet and not sour at all. The frosting is the perfect addition to the bars, which I think without it would feel a little lacking.
This is the best flavor from Quest in my opinion as there artificial taste isn't as strong as the others (cookies and cream/doubke choc/choc mint) The taste is similar to the One Brands lemon bars. Texture wise, this one isn't as good as the One Brands one though, but calories wise, these Quest lemon cakes are lower (180kcal) than those of the One Brands ones (220kcal).
I really liked this protein bar. The flavor is very delicate, not overpowering, and not overly sweet, which often happens with similar products. You can enjoy it without feeling heavy or overwhelmed by sweetness. It's a great option for a post-workout snack or just during the day. I’ll definitely be getting it again!

lemon protein bars are delicious with the slight tang of lemon and graham crackers in between. structural integrity is amazing. will not melt under hot weather. Overall the quality is excellent.
