I have been taking Airborne daily for the past year, sometimes in combination with elderberry syrup, sometimes alone. I haven't gotten sick all year, despite spending a lot of time with others. For fun, I make a 30 oz. drink of water with one tablet, some dehydrated strawberry slices, and maybe the elderberry syrup. It's a fun change from just water or herbal tea while keeping me hydrated.
