I was hoping for more from the Burt's Bees Detangling Spray with lemon and linseed for dogs. It’s okay, but nothing special. The texture is watery and average, which makes it feel a bit less effective than thicker sprays. The size is decent at 10 fl oz, offering a good amount of product, but it still didn’t perform as well as I had hoped. It helps to comb the fur fairly well, but when it comes to serious tangles, it still requires a lot of effort, even with the spray. The composition seems gentle with natural ingredients, but it wasn’t enough to completely untangle tough knots. I recommend trying it individually to see if it works for your dog, but it wasn’t the best for managing tough tangles.

It's not quite as conditioning as I'd hoped it would be. I had hoped it would allow me to brush my dogs matts out really easily (poodle cross whose hair tangles and matts just looking at it). That might have been too big an ask of any product. It is easier to brush the matts out with this product than before so that's worth it.
