What I like is the size of the gel capsule. It is small and therefore very easy to swallow. All capsules should be like this. Whether the capsule is useful, I can't say yet. There is no way to know how it was before and how it was after. But I believe it won't do any harm and I will continue taking it.

Very high dose, beware of side effects
10000UI of retinol is a very high dose. I created a supplementation plan which required Vitamin A with multiple phases. Phase 1 had 10k retinol for 2 weeks and it was enough to start creating rash-like spots on my torso and arms near armpits. Out of all supplements Vitamin A is the only one which can have these symptoms so I'm pretty sure that it's due to retinol overload. 100 pills will definitely lead to overdose *unless* you have clinical diagnosis which requires huge doses. If you want good safe daily dose of retinol, find one that gives 2500UI (10000UI every 4th day is not the same as 2500UI every day).
