I can only say that when we (me and my husband) had doubts about our health, these pills kept our immune system strong enough to not get sick. We took those tablets during a questionable period when we had to connect with many people, and pass through lots of crowds (airports, public service facilities, etc.). ***However, I strongly reccomend to check your daily intake of vitamin C, and keep in mind that one serving of 2 tablets has already 400% of daily value. Two servings (4 tabs) = 800%, and if you take other cold medicine that also contains vitamin C, you could easily overdose. Please be careful and informed about what happens if you take more than advised - too much of a good thing is NOT a good thing. Stay healthy!
