Great quality Vitamin K2 MK-7. Easy to swallow capsules, good dosage, and clean ingredients. I like that the capsules are small and have no unpleasant taste or smell at all. I take it daily together with vitamin D3 and have noticed better overall wellbeing and bone support. It’s gentle on my stomach and works perfectly as part of my daily supplement routine. I will definitely keep ordering it.

my doctor suggested taking K2 as I have high calcium. this is my second brand to try since then, but I am not sure if it's effective or not. One thing I've noticed (although I am not sure) is that if I take it late at night It will cause me to visit the bathroom multiple times. well, I am not sure if it has a diuretic effect or not, but I am trying to take it earlier. size is ok, taste is ok.
