I’ve been taking this zinc for about two months now and I’m very happy with it. Picolinate is known as one of the most bioavailable ingredient forms of zinc, and I can really feel the difference — my skin has cleared up significantly and I’ve been getting sick less often. ordered this in September 2025 and within days noticed a clear reduction in bloating - not a commonly mentioned benefit, but genuinely noticeable for someone with digestive sensitivity. A relative was visiting from the US, I asked them to get me pure encapsulations 22mg zinc picolinate. Didn't feel the same benefit. I later switched to Solgar 30mg tablet via iherb and didn't get the same relief. I switched back to Swanson in March this year, and the benefits returned immediately! Not saying the other two products are inferior, just saying that swanson worked amazingly for me and I swear by it now! For years I searched for a zinc form I could tolerate with my intestinal issues and gave up - this product has been an absolute blessing. I consume it with zero side effects and actually feel a whole benefit to my stomach. The capsule is small( less than 2cms in size), easy to swallow, has no smell or aftertaste. The packaging is very good, as expected from Swanson, a well-established and trusted brand. The price is excellent and it stays fresh even in New Delhi's humid conditions.
