I use this PQQ supplement for it's anti-inflammatory properties and benefits. The pills are TINY in size and are packaged in a smaller bottle, so be careful when dispensing them. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy levels and overall feeling of wellness. Quality is on par with the price.
I bought this for mitochondrial Health/support and muscleenergy The effect is low at first then gets better the longer you take it. I would have preferred the BioPQQ which is a lot more expensive, but these will do for now. Hoping Swanson will come out with a BioPQQ version.
My son was advised to take this product by his doctor. He finished the package and then found a PolyPill Product. As of the moment he no longer takes the item. The quality of the ingredients is fine and the tablet is easy to swallow. If you are looking out for the composition of the ingredients as a single dose then this brand is great.

Added this for mitochondrial support while working on fertility. The capsules are small and easy to take. I’ve noticed a bit more mental clarity in the afternoons. My husband takes it too, especially on busy workdays.
I was in a 2 year autism burnout, completely drained, sick, weak immune system. I already had autoimmune conditions (several allergies, PCOS, Psoriasis...) and this really helped me. Took it 2x a week and the results were great! The only reason I give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the PQQ with Ubiquinol, also by Swanson, is superior. So I take that one now 1x a week or 2x a week if I'm feeling physically weaker/when I feel my immune system getting weaker.
