So glad I found this tea! The mint and sage combo is refreshing and flavorful, with just the right amount of sage to add depth—the aroma when brewing is awesome. Excellent for sipping any time of day, and I enjoy this tea over ice as well. A quality product.

This is great tea taste delicious. The sage is a little bit different than a traditional mint. I use it at night with my dessert good size package and I will already be buying again from this brand. You can tell. It’s quality ingredients and great taste. I frequently use it at night and I love it.
I was looking for sage tea because I heard it helps with hot flashes. This one contains mint as well. It’s a refreshing drink that is non-caffeinated to take in the night before I sleep. I like the taste of it. As for whether it helps with hot flashes, so far there is not much effect.
I buy Choice herbal tea whenever I can. The quality of the dried herbs is excellent, and the taste is strong and wonderful. I love the sage taste in these! The bags are sturdy in water and don't tear, like some other brands.

Love it. Bit pricey for a tea, but worth it for these premium and world friendly ingredients. Good taste. I try to use it regularly, and have an extra cuppa if my immune system needs a boost. Good for combatting congestion. This is longevity tea.
I love the taste of the tea. As for frequency, I use it once a day. The size is handy and package was decent. Its benefits cannot be overemphasised. It is caffeine free and has a good blend of mint and sage ingredients. It is of great quality.. it’s like my 5th time purchasing. Love it!
COLOUR: light brown. SCENT: light. TASTE: smooth. PROS: organic, individual tea bags. CONS: not 100% sage and mint herbs, other added herbs like licorice root, eucalyptus, peppermint & lavender, words are white making it difficult to read. MY EXPERIENCE: I find there is no strong taste of sage or mint. The taste is too light. But good for those who prefers a light herb tea to ease the bloated feeling after eating oily or fried foods. As it is very light, it is good for one time use only.
