The product from this brand goes out of stock quickly. I love the clean ingredients and the fact that it has medical credibility. It’s pricier than others, but definitely worth buying.
Bought this B complex because I’ve read that ingredients are potent, active forms of B vitamins which the body absorbs much better. I like this particular brand for their clean ingredients. The size of the capsule is a bit smaller than average and easy to swallow. I like that B12 has two forms, and B6 is a P5P form.

I’ve been taking Seeking Health B Complex Plus with Choline and the quality is exceptional. The ingredient forms are active and well-absorbed, and the capsule size is easy to take daily. The package gives a generous supply and feels premium. I like that it avoids synthetic folic acid, which is a big plus for me. I have found this product to be very good as it covers the main b vitamins so I feel that I am taking a supplement that is foundational for health. It has the good quality folate and B12.
