Bought it after doctor’s recommendation, the best concentration of all the B’s, very potent. Taken in the morning you can actually feel a bit more energic, easy to take, a bit of an unpleasant smell but bearable. Be aware it gives the niacin flush, the first time I got it I became red all over the body ( so don’t take it just before going out😅 jarrow is a guarantee when it’s quality time, maybe a bit pricey but ok.

my household has used 4 bottles of this. It is great for most people with mthfr unless you have slow comp like me. I can take 2 a week but my levels get VERY high and it's a little scary. Everyone in my family can take these 4 to 5 days a week no changes in levels in a negative way only positive.
