Very happy to be able to find this product, cause nowadays so many food products are not safe unfortunately, even salt! This product is safe and good quality, tastes good, comes in a nice bag with good size, although it’s a bit expensive. I transferred some of them into a glass container for daily use. Hear me out! I used this salt as an ingredient for making kimchi. Since it was my first time making kimchi - cabbage, I was hesitant to use a lot of salt. However, even after following the recipe and using the recommended amount, my cabbage didn’t taste overly salty. This salt is truly excellent quality! I highly recommend it.

I wanted kosher to use for pickling and making deli meat, but they are not so large that you can’t use them on your regular meals. The crystals seem smaller and rounder than regular kosher salt so it’s not really exactly the same, but that’s ok.

First time trying Redmond's salt after hearing about it. I've always wanted to buy unrefined salt and i am not disappointed. Looking to rebalance some of my minerals which I am deficient. Size is ok, but the price is quite expensive. Nevertheless, good quality doesn't mean cheap so I am ok paying for this.
