It does hydration to hair, my hair was more dry before. The scent is strong but to my liking, this conditioner I used once a week when I washed my hair. Smell on hair last few days for sure. Shampoo and conditioner lasted on my long hair 1.5 year - which is a quite awhile. I will recommend its good value quality/money.
