This cough syrup brought me relief so I can sleep without coughing. It really kicked in right away and also eased my sore throat. The flavor is really sweet, but it didn't bother me because it didn't have a medicine type aftertaste. This 'Sambucus Relief' has great benefits and appreciate the natural ingredients, as well. Great price for the quality.
Product quality is decent and I have little to complain about so far. Nice packaging. Shipping was fast, but the price can be better as iHerb has been increasing its prices over the years, even with the discounts that they are offering every now and then. Will buy again when this runs out.
For the past several months, I've been incorporating this daily supplement into my routine, and I've been extremely impressed by the positive changes I've experienced. As someone who occasionally struggled with low energy levels and occasional joint discomfort, I've found that this thoughtfully formulated supplement provides remarkable support.
Pretty strong taste (it's viscous and sticky, so be careful when pouring or you'll be left with stubborn stains like me!) and depending on whether you like elderberry or not, either pleasant or unpleasant - my son loves it while my daughter hates it so we have to dilute it for her. Definitely helps with cough relief, especially during the dreaded flu season.
I suffered from an unpleasant cough for quite a while. I wasn’t sure if this syrup would help, as it seemed more suitable for children because it’s sweet and tastes good. I mixed it with regular black tea, and by drinking it this way, I managed to get rid of my cough!
