At first, I was really hesitant to use it, but after about 20 minutes it started working like magic!! It truly relieved the pain, actually made it disappear. I have two herniated discs that press on the nerves and cause electric-like pain in my back, n this patch literally saved me during the worst moments. Of course, it’s not pleasant to remove because of the adhesive, n it definitely has a strong minty smell but it’s totally worth it!

I've been using them for 8 years and they always work and alleviate pain. Great quality and the size is just right. I don't mind at all but people around you will notice the scent whenever you are using one.

These are great for my recurring back pain from my desk job. Smells a bit strong, but they do a great job at alleviating pain and tension. They also stick on for the entire day as long as you don't sweat too much.

Easy to use you stick it to your skin where its painfull. The scent is very strong and lingered for a day on my bedsheets so be weay if you need to go out and your wearing a patch because so strong sweet smell. Was spicey hot on my skin but thats good heating for pain helped abit yeah

I like the larger size patches for my spinal stenosis. The heat gives me some relief and Salonpas are the only patches that do! I love the minty fresh smell. The patches are very good quality and the package keeps them fresh.
