Thickens, and smells wonderful!! Scent is soft. Very easy to use. Good quality and size. packaging is cute. it sure benefits my hair. changed composition so I don't have to use every time. Great for scalp, gives moisture. seems to be alright for sensitive skin I didn't have any issues. as far as age seems to be alright too

I use this back and forth with Shea Moisture's shampoos, it has a lovely scent and lathers just right, and doesn't leave my scalp feeling inflamed. Biotin is so good for the hair and this shampoo is perfect for that, great quality product good bottle size and well packaged!
