After trying both the 625+ MGO and 80+ MGO I personally have a preference for the 80+. I did not feel any difference. From what I am told it kind of works behind the scenes helping one stay healthy so probably would have to have tried it long term to feel benefits. I just prefer the texture and taste of the 80+.
