I've been using this powder for the last few years on the recommendation of my nutritionist. I really appreciate getting all of these vitamins and minerals in one go in my morning smoothie. I mix it in with my fruit and can't taste it at all. The only thing is because of the turmeric you might end up with a yellow toothbrush like me.

I no longer need to take a handful of supplements as this wonderful product contains all I need. It has improved my gut health and my energy levels improved. I have hypothyroidism so low energy and fatigue is something I struggle with- but so happy to have been referred to this product. I prefer it in Chocolate or Vanilla

Quality ingredients and large amount for the price. Great for getting all your vitamins when you are detoxing Taste could be better but great for achieving diet and workout goals. I love this product. I have been using it for years. It was first recommended by my Naturopath. Of course, Thorne is a well reputed brand. As this product does not contain any sugar, it is particularly important to me, as any form of sugar only adds to digestive disorders. Love the way this feels me up. I add this to my Smoothie, my first meal of the day. It has a good amount of Protein and I find it satisfying .

I'm so pleased with this product - it's the same excellent quality I've come to expect from this brand that I use all the time. I picked this up hoping it would add value to my routine, and a few months in, I can say it does just that - good packaging too.

I was seeing a naturopath that recommended this. they sell it in their office and it was more expensive than buying it online. due to the cost, and being short on funds, I would only have a half serving per day which is one scoop. I would have this first thing in the morning, before coffee, to help diminish any cortisol spikes from the caffeine and my coffee. this product increased my energy, and helped with my allergies, I'm assuming from the turmeric. I'm very sensitive to B vitamins, so I never had it in the afternoon or evening, because it would affect my sleep if I did. When I first started taking it, I would try to make it taste better, and mix it with frozen fruits or juice. It was awful. One day I had an epiphany, since I have POTS, I need Alot of salt in my diet. I mixed The protein powder with warm water (100' or less so as not to damage the b vitamins) and salt and mixed it up with my milk frother. It tasted like a yummy soup broth. I find myself craving the taste and the product, maybe because it makes me feel so good.
