I have been drinking Thorne SGS Mediclear - Chocolate, every single morning for the past eight years! I was suffering from Intense inflammation in the body, and the inability to break down nutrients in my food. My Naturopathic Doctor put me on this product which is an all-in-one multi-vitamin, and multi-mineral supplement. It contains 20g of protein! You use 2 scoops of this , and I use 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk and add 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed, and a scoop of collagen. I put 4 or 5 ice cubes and use a Nutribullet to mix this nourishing, delicious supplement into a thick, and extremely healthy supplement to fully nourish your body and start your day off right! Trust me, you will feel the difference in your body’s health!

idk how others took it but with water it tastes the worst. if it's too sweet with milk tastes bad too. it only tastes good or bearable if the milk or soy or almond is less sweet or unsweetened! there's always a medicinal aftertaste towards the end. and it doesn't last/ spoils fast after you've left it alone for a couple of hours outside of the fridge/cooler. I wanted something to replace my USANA supplements and found this. honestly not a fan of Thorne even tho they're supposedly high bioavailability... can tell it's definitely pure and great ingredients tho. but I think the random mix might not be that great... lets see if things change after a month. have taken it for a week now. also I take it daily. I don't find it efficient though.

I prefer this to the plain MediClear version as this also has cancer-fighting sulphurophane in it, though it isn't clear from the label whether it also has enough myrosinase enzyme in it to activate the sulphurophane . I take a separate mustard seed-radish supplement with that just to make sure.
