Its easy to swallow and can be used in vegan diet. The ingredients are quality! Bergamot is essential for people with high cholesterol. After 4 months of usage (together with fish oil and sitosterol) my total cholesterol improved from 9 to 7.3! So I can avoid the usage of statins:)
