This product has been excellent for me. I am noticing an improvement in my inflammation and immunity. I use the complex sparing as mushrooms can be quite powerful and hard on the stomach due to their anti-inflammatory properties. I tolerate these well, however and make sure to not have them on an empty stomach and I feel fine.
A triple mushroom complex usually means a supplement containing extracts or powders from three medicinal mushrooms. The exact mushrooms vary by brand, but common combinations include reishi, lion’s mane, and cordyceps. Quality and siza are good.. bit too big for the ingredients
Couldn’t tell the difference before and after taking the product. I’m sure my immune system got stronger, cause while everyone was sick with running nose and caught - I didn’t fought anything.
I read an article of joint supplements which contained a mixture of mushrooms as part of the ingredients. I couldn't find an equivalent product, so needed to buy the mushroom complex separately. This product matched the mushroom types that I wanted. It is reasonably priced and one bottle lasts for 2 months. Worth a try and then reassess after.
