Great product! I suffered from plantar fasciitis and tried insoles, stretches, and ball massages. I was in pain and nothing helped. Following my physiotherapist’s recommendation, I tried these gel insoles — they were the only ones available on iHerb. I have to say, I was truly in terrible pain, and after a few weeks of using them, it completely went away! It’s simply a miracle ,it saved me. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I bought this to try for my plantar fasciitis hoping that it will reduce the pain while walking. It is actually not a full length soles but half soles, to be placed at the heel area. Have since been using when out and it does reduces the soreness. Thank you i-Herb.
Got them and immediately put them in my boots. The insoles are light, have a jelly and rubbery feel on the outside, I guess to glue it better to the shoe. It adds some height at the heel, and I have high arch on its own - so bear that in mind if your boots / shoes are not adjustable or stiff in the arch area. It feels nice wearing them, easy installation. I threw the box away immediately (no plastic there, btw) and I missed the free exercise guide 😅😅 Overall, great insoles
This is great. I used it after a run with wrong shoes hence I couldn’t walk and got very bad heel pain (plantar fasciitis). Bought these and out it in my shoes daily for a while and the pain is gone. Again buy shoes that are comfy and has some cushioning. I bought new shoes for running and the pain is gone. This certainly helps for shoes with little to no cushioning.
Bought this for my mom, she said it’s too hard and didn’t use it much, it didn’t help her with her heel pain

It is not soft enough for me, and i can feel the edge of it in the middle of the foot, but i am very sensitive. But i think it's a very good product for most people.
