I like the flavor not too oily. I use it the shower so i don’t worry about time. Good quality ingredients. Was gentle on my sensitive teeth. Leaving my mouth feeling clean. Big size as you don’t use much each time
I use this instead of coconut oil, I really like how my gums feel more calm, I use it often when I have inflammation. However, I can’t use it every day because it’s too long to swish
At first try I didn't like it I spited right away because I had too much. But then i make it less and oh my god seriously no joke makes my mouth fresh and the smell of the mouth wash the minty fresh styles for too long the flavor exactable minty I use only one time in the morning the quality is good and the size each bottle will last a month
