Saying the truth, I haven't opened it yet. After checking the energy of herbs, I saw that more than 3/4 are of hot energy and I am a "hot" Pita. I am afraid that this formula might aggravate me instead of helping me improve digestion and loose pounds. Have to check the compatibility on bio-resonance device.

This is one of the best are formulas for healthy weight. Banyan is one of the best companies out there and they use only organic ingredients. Taste is not too strong and it helps with detoxing the body.
I love this brand. I take it after meals and it helps decrease any sluggishness I used to feel. It also kindles my appetite and keeps me regular. I also feel as if my absorption of nutrients has improved, judging by my energy level in the mornings.
