I have been taking these for the past 3 months. I can definitely tell the difference. Since taking Omegawell I've noticed no brain fog and my skin is noticeably smoother as well as my hair. I bought Live Conscious Omega Well when on sale. It has an optimal DHA/EPA ratio and high-quality formulation, the capsules are a little big to swallow though.
