love this blend, I was having nausea and morning sickness in the beginning of my pregnancy, someone suggested magnesium and I found this blend. It definitely helped, I didn't throw up as much and the nausea wasn't as intense. I was hoping it would make it completely go away but there could have been a different issue or imbalance in my body that was also contributing. I would recommend for sure! I researched quite a bit on what the best magnesium supplements are out there and this was the most recommended from what I found.

As someone with chronic illnesses, finding the right supplements is key. This is a great magnesium blend that really works, the quality of the ingredients is great. I always make sure the product I buy is GMP certified. The size is perfect and last long. Does not give a funny taste.

I bought this in 2022 but haven't purchased again since. It is an ok product. but there are better options at a better price. 19 dollars for 60 pills for 30 days is not a good deal. Its not even organic or non gmo so what makes this better then all the others. Hence why I didn't purchase it again.

This is a great formula without unnecessary calcium and a very reasonable dosage of magnesium. You can also take 1 pill instead of 2 for a long-term supplementation if you don't have a severe deficiency. The size is perfect, they are easy to swallow, no smell, no taste. High quality product.

This is a really clean formula with little added fillers. It had the combo of D, Zinc, and Magnesium that I needed. It also contains several different compounds of Magnesium. The capsules are a manageable size. My only issue was that I wished the actual amount of Magnesium provided was higher.
