This guard works perfectly to stop me clenching my jaw. I only need to use it every now and then and it's very effective. No flavour, easy to use, quality materials and size is mouldable.
I've been using it every night for over two years. It has stopped my teeth from decaying. If you can't get a good impression of your teeth the first time, you can try again as many times as you need. Just dip it in boiling water to restore it to its original shape. You can only wash it in cold water.
