So, a really potent Manuka is like gold and precious gems. As far as I can tell this is the real deal and has a high MGO, which most others don't. I only would use this for health reasons, colds, infections and made a mixture for my eye blepharitis. I found a ready made product for the eyes that I'm going to try instead for ease of use and price, but if you look into Manuka, it has amazing properties, even for MERS. So if you can afford it and avoid eating it for pleasure (my problem, haha), it's worth it to have some on hand in your medicine cabinet. I hiked in NZ near bushes where this type of honey (no idea where this particular brand is from, was just where the bushes were) is made and it was amazing, so many bees and the fragrance. That's where I first learned of Manuka.
