So I got this for my ADD. I go to work and get side tracked because my brain goes one way and then I see something else that needs to be done so I go do that, then forget that I had the other thing to do and the cycle is endless sometimes. Nonetheless, I look stupid walking in circles because I remember to do something, and forget as i’m going to do it. I lack energy everyday even if I sleep at a good time. The only reason why I can’t sit still is because my brain needs something entertaining even if I’m not being physical my entertained. That was a lot but not half of what I go through. Taking these, I wake up early in the morning without feeling absolutely terrible, I have motivation to do school, and I really do think straight at work. I really didn’t notice that these worked until I ran out and stopped taking them for a month and now I probably won’t stop.

I never thought lion's mane are really effective to improve your focus. Used this many times and never fails to amaze me. It comes in good package, and it come from Dr Emil so expect good quality and ingredients.
I didn't really feel a difference, but I didn't take it everyday since I was a bit skeptical about the bad side effects it might have. Quite pricey too..
