This mouth wash has a nice flavor. However , if you read the instructions you find that you need to brush the teeth with the mouthwash if you want the whitening effect. This makes it a little less convenience to use. I use this mouth wash to maintain the whitening effect of the crest whitening strips, and it work for this reason. On its own, im not sure if the whitening effect would be enough.
