I have been using the glamorous white 3D strips with great results and no significant tooth sensitivity. The Crest products are highly effective, taste great, don’t damage the enamel, and are gentle enough on my sensitive gum and teeth. There is some sensitivity but I can deal with it by using the strips on alternating days - rather than daily - until completion of the 10 days course. I'm 19 and my teeth were stained because of tea and coffee. They turned whiter after about 3 uses. It's been 6 months and the results are still there ! There's no flavor whatsoever. I'd say the quality is great for what you pay for, amazing results for a great price. Just be careful not to keep them on more than an hour because the teeth turn pretty sensitive after that.
