I have so much pain and its only gets worse the more I exercise. I love working out and try to find natural ways to soothe the pain. Im so glad I tried this supplement. The supplements are high quality, with wonderful ingredients. Im 35 and trying to get into better shape and this allows it without painkillers. I will continue to use and see if I see even more improvement. So far the effects have been great! I love that the diet of the beef is grass fed. Im not if I have a deficiency but I do know that i feel better than I did before I took this.

but terrible taste, but I need it because I have extremely low ferritin levels and I can't get them up no matter how much meat I eat and I even eat chicken liver a couple times a month. I'm only taking half the dosage which is three capsules until I have my blood work checked in a couple of weeks. I manage to get it down by mixing it with chlorophyll and water. I chose it primarily because of the cartilage that it contains as I have advanced Lyme disease and the spirochetes destroy your cartilage. If my labs show improvement I will rebuy this brand. Update: my ferritan actually went down substantially, I was only taken half the recommended dose of this product which was three capsules, undecided whether I will continue and up it to the six recommended capsules but waiting for some medical tests to see if my problem is related to bleeding and uncorrectable by his product.

High-quality product with clean ingredients. I liked that it has not only beef liver, but also beef cartilage, which should help with joint pain and health. I try to eat meat based diet, but I've heard that adding beef liver can help with optimising the diet and avoid any deficiencies. The taste is really bad, but I keep it in a fridge and take it cold, that helps a bit with the taste.
