Usually Llysine is very big tables, but it’s smaller and you can open capsules and just take it. Taste is not bad. It works for cold sores.

This works very good. But I changed to aother 650mg so I take less tablets. I usually take 8000mg if I get headaches and brainfog and it works straight away.
