I really like this blend of mushroom product. It is of a high quality and the amount I need to take is only one capsule per day. There is no after taste to the product. I find it keeps my immunity at a high level as I haven't been sick since I have been taking it.

the size is okay and the ingredients are varied, while it is true that the dosages are a bit small, there's only so much you can fit into a small capsule, so I'm not mad, especially for the price, the quality seems alright to me. i will continue taking it to see if it boosts my immunity
