I find this gel tablet high strength and easy to consume. Oregano is a fabulous to fight bad bacteria i.e. its an antibacterial. The benefit is when I feel a cold or flu coming on I take a few of these & find it wards off getting sick. I also notice my inflation is reduced by taking oregano oil.
I purchased this to help with a candida cleanse and I really like it. You can taste the oil of oregano about 30 minutes after you take the supplement but nothing that’s too aggressive. I highly recommend taking this with food and not on an empty stomach. If you take this on a empty stomach, you might have cramps but if you take it with food you won’t have any physical symptoms. Oil of oregano is very strong so I recommend only using the supplement if you’ve already had a parasite cleanse at some point otherwise it might be aggressive.

I love the very small size of the capsules. Although small, the 4000 mg is a great dosage per capsule. Very easy to consume. Great for colds, flus, inflammation and more. Great product but you will randomly taste oregano throughout the day, it will either be strong or a faint taste. It does not bother me at all but may bother others.
