I drink apple cider vinegar regularly in liquid form. I find it very helpful in alleviating constipation. My bowel movement has become very regular since drinking ACV. I normally drink ACV before a meal (dilute 1-2 tablespoons of ACV in a glass of water) to reduce blood sugar spikes and help limit cravings. As we age, we also tend to experience a decrease in gastric juices. Thus consuming a little bit of ACV right before eating can help substitute for the lost gastric acid. Stomach acid helps to break down the food we eat and allow food to digest more easily. Since incorporating ACV before meals, I never experience any after-meal bloating or indigestion. When I eat out, having ACV in pill form is very convenient. It’s best not to take a strong inhale when you open the bottle as the vinegary smell can be overwhelming. Another benefit of taking ACV pill is to avoid the acidic liquid from eroding out teeth enamel. If you find the smell of ACV liquid too overwhelming, the pill version is worth trying!
I’ve been taking these as part of my morning routine and really like how convenient they are compared to drinking apple cider vinegar. The quick-release capsules are easy to take and don’t have that strong vinegar taste or smell. I also like that they’re easy to keep consistent with. Overall, a simple addition to my routine and I would repurchase.
Bought these for my dad save him from the irritation that comes with consuming the liquid ACV and he loves it. Much easier for him to carry around for long and short journeys to curb that sugar spike. I got one for myself to but haven’t tried it yet
