I think it is a little eaerly to give a fully honest review, but, slowly, I do feel that my joints are not so rigid. I believe time will tell!
The trials verifying the effectiveness of TamaFlex used 250 mg once per day. For some reason, LEF chose to 200 mg per dose capsules. Since I add 1 capsule per day to the wet food for 7 cats, it's not that important. But, rather than taking 2 caps per day as recommended on the bottle for humans, I would find a product containing 250 mg per capsule.
