Since we are in the winter this is great for our immune system. I find the capsules size a little bit big but it's okay not too bad to swallow. Elderberry , plus c plus zinc Very important for the winter months to not catch colds . love this brand ,great quality

I use this during the winter months to help boost my immunity. The ingredients are high quality and are an easy size to swallow. I take a dosage of two capsules in the morning with breakfast. I haven't gotten sick, but I also wear a N95 mask, so that helps too!

i prefer it in a powder that I can just add to water, as I don't like the gelatin capsules. otherwise, it's a great product. it has all i would like when i am getting a bit ill.

I like the combination of essential immune boosting vitamins. It dissolves quickly and has a bit herbal taste, but for me it’s a plus. I’ll be buying it again.
The only difference I recognize from continual usage is I don't catch colds nearly as frequent as I used to. But, this waa the intended purpose for me, so I'm satisfied!

My only gripe? I wish they offered a gummy version for when I’m feeling pill-fatigued!
