Psyllium husks are a great source of dietary fibre and I mix it in a large glass of water every morning and take my supplements with it. They say your digestive tract is your second brain so its vital to keep it as healthy as possible, operating at peak efficiency. Love it!
I appreciate that the product is organic, great quality, and available in a large size. As with most products it comes in a plastic type package so I transfer immediately to glass storage containers.
