I use this as a face cleanser/moisturiser and for body / hair oil. Easy use and no sticky residue left. Absorbs well into skin. Works well for sensitive skin and i have found it to be nourishing, leaving my skin shining! Great size and value for money. Plus super benefits for using coconut oil.

I apply this to my hair before washing it and leave it on for about 30 minutes before shampooing. After about three weeks, my dry, rough hair became much softer. The ingredients are great, and I’m very satisfied. It rinses off easily with water, so it doesn’t leave the floor slippery. I highly recommend it. The container is large, and it lasts for at least a few months. It doesn’t drip and stays nicely on the hair, making it very convenient to use.

Great coconut oil. Coconut oil is supposed to have many benefits including antifungal, and antimicrobial benefits. Also Zi read that coconut oil passed through the blood brain barrier and helps with memory and cognition. I recommend doing your research on the benefits of coconut oil. I sometimes cook with olive oil because it has vitamin e but have found cooking with coconut oil repels flies so I have been using coconut oil instead and get vitamin e from a multivitamin. I suppose I will try to find another food source for vitamin e.
