I like this pre-workout because the quality feels very good and the taste is enjoyable without being too strong. It gives a solid boost of energy, and the caffeine works well before training. The formula also feels efficient for improving workout focus and performance. I also like that this version does not have creatine, which makes it easier to use with other supplements. 4 stars as I feel it's not as strong as other versions of the JNX Sports pre-workouts.
