I have used the Dermarest Psoriasis Medicated Shampoo + Conditioner several times. While I am hopeful that it will prove effective in the long run, I have noticed that it dries out my skin and causes flaking. Because of this, I have temporarily stopped using it. I will update my review once I have had the chance to use it again.

I bought this for my son’s whose having bad dandruff and flaky .. this shampoo I noticed that stop occurring the dandruff , HE USED it every day and leave on for at least 2mins ,, and gently massage head the foam will create nice buildup to conditioning the scalp..and rinse , you will know the difference after a few days..my son’s dandruff hopefully will eventually be gone , his dandruff subside 😉 .. thanks for this amazing shampoo

It's a bit harsh on the scalp. The quality and tge scent of the product are good, but I do not recommend on using it more than once or twice a week.
