ERGO + L-Ergothioneine, 60 Capsules

I find this to be a much better product that the one offered by Life Ext. (the "Essen. Youth" one)... first of all, it's organic, but also... it's kinda tough to find Oyster Mushroom supplements of any kind these days. Why youngin's are packin' more Ergothioneine is beyond me, but might as well compensate as best we can.

I think that this product is amazing. I love that it is made by a small family run business who really know there mushroom. I love that it is organic and non-GMO and that I do not have to wonder what stuff may or may not be in the supplement capsule that I am taking. I think the fact that they not only put shitake, but also oyster mushrooms in here is great, you really don't see that too often. I have been taking supplements fot over 20 years and I`ve learned which is hype and which works believe me the price is not indicative of the quality so I was a little apprehensive at trying Real mushrooms since I already am taking chaga and reishi and pretty sastified with the results. I have felt a definite increase in energy and mood levels. I plan to keep taking it and hopefully see continued improvement in my overall health and wellbeing.
