The pills are easy to swallow and tasteless. Those are huge plusses in my book. I have taken this supplement for a bit over 2 weeks now and my legs feel a lot less swollen than before. My sleep has also improved, but I cannot give all credit to tremella as I also take Real Mushrooms Cordyceps and Lion's Mane. Could be a combo benefit, too. I really like and recommend this supplement for everyone that feels they would benefit from the effects tremella can possibly give.
