This definitely works quickly. I learned I’m sensitive to it, so within 2 hours I can feel my face tingle and I know it’s taking effect. I don’t particularly like this side effect of lions mane so I don’t use it anymore, but my husband says it really helps him think and he does not have this reaction.

I would love to get to eat freshly sauteed lion's mane mushrooms all day everyday but that is hard to do! So this supplement is way to get that goodness into your system when you cant eat a ton of mushrooms. I think it supports my entire nervous system

Pretty much what the headline says, its just powdered Lion's Mane Mushroom in these camps, if you don't feel like swallowing you can easily break open one of the capsules and add it to your tea or coffee or whatever for the price, its decent quality but if you desire a bigger package with less plastic to ingest i'd recommend getting the powedered version instead.
