the reviews were correct,the coffee is very good tasting and it does give a boost of energy! I use one in the afternoon as that is usually my "slump" time! package is handy,the size of the coffee packet is just right and I'm not allergic to any of the ingredients so that's a bonus! so far no weight loss benefits but I'll keep using,the taste is worth it.
